Pascal Le Hérissé: Pascal is cofounder and Corporate Manager of STM Société Toulousaine de Modélisation, a SkyRadar technology partner specializing in Navaids simulators and measurement systems. With over three decades of experience in avionics and industrial engineering, Pascal has held senior roles at Airbus, the French Civil Aviation Authority, and Freescale. He brings deep expertise in radionavigation, flight inspection, and ATSEP training, with a strong foundation in digital signal processing and embedded systems. A graduate of ENAC as Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel Engineer (IESSA), Pascal is also a certified instructor for ILS, VOR, and flight inspection. His international project engagements span more than 20 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Ulrich Scholten, PhD: Ulrich is cofounder of SkyRadar, taking care of the procedural and software parts. He has been working for the aviation control market since the early 2000s, trying to blend qualification requirements in ATC with modern and scalable technical solutions. Ulrich holds a PhD in information technology and in several patents on modern radars. His research is regularly published in A-rated journals. Ulrich has spoken in 100+ Universities, Academies and Research Centers around the world and is co-editor of several security related blogs with more than 100.000 monthly readers.
